Michael Frank is the co-founder and CEO of Radiant Intel, an AI-driven intelligence platform built for the modern era of decision-making. With a career at the intersection of geopolitics, technology, and intelligence, he has spent the past decade analyzing global risk, advising Fortune 500 firms, and pioneering AI applications in strategic analysis. Before launching Radiant Intel, Michael was a Senior Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he focused on AI and emerging technology policy. Prior to that, he led the Economist Intelligence Unit’s Asia technology policy practice, where he was at the forefront of integrating machine learning into macroeconomic and geopolitical forecasting. His work has shaped policy and strategy for governments, multinationals, and financial institutions navigating an increasingly complex global landscape. Michael holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in international relations and economics from Colgate University. His expertise has been featured in major media, and he routinely briefs executives and policymakers on the implications of AI, economic decoupling, and global risk.
