Research & R&D
Applied social science,
built as software.
Radiant Intel is a research organization that creates proprietary knowledge and delivers it as production software.
The research
We build the datasets, models, and analytical systems that our work requires — because most of them don't exist yet.
One of our programs models great-power behavior using hundreds of thousands of expert-coded observations dating back to 1453. Another runs computable general equilibrium simulations against live trade data to forecast the downstream effects of industrial policy changes. A third ingests 600+ primary sources daily to detect escalation patterns across active conflict theaters.
We run experiments continuously — using AI to conduct social science research that was not previously possible at this speed or scale. When an experiment produces validated results, it moves into production. Twelve of our twenty research programs generate live outputs today. The rest are advancing the frontier for what comes next.
Built for what comes next
Agentic AI is what lets a research organization operate at software speed.
The core cycle of social science — formulating hypotheses, collecting evidence, building models, validating them against outcomes — used to require large teams and long timelines. Agentic AI compresses that cycle by orders of magnitude, which means we can run experiments that were not previously feasible.
That changes what a research organization can be. We don't just ship products — we continuously push the intellectual frontier forward, and the results flow directly into the platform. The research layer compounds, and so does the value of everything built on top of it.
Where we work
Five domains, one compounding infrastructure.
Every program shares source infrastructure, analytical patterns, and delivery channels. Each new capability builds on everything before it.
